Pompeii, Naples, Bologna, and more

WELCOME TO POMPEII

Pompeii offers the best look at what life in Rome must have been like 2000 years ago.
FORUM (FORO): Pompeii's comercial, religious, and political center. The most-ruined part of Pompeii with temples and such.

Beginning of our walk.

Ruins. all ruins.

More

Eerie Casts of Volcano Victims: during excavations, archaeologists detected hollows underfoot-left by decomposed bodies-they'd pour liquid plaster into the cavities- which acted as molds-let it dry- and then recover the casts. This was really sad.

A guy praying right before he died? That's my guess.

Covering his eyes

More ruins and do you see Mount Vesuvius ?!
